ADDITIONAL STANDARDS TO SONG CODE OF DISCONTINUOUS SPANISH SONG CANARY AGREED BY THE TECHNICAL COMMITTEES OF FOA AND FOCVA

1st Semicontinuous turns on the limit of continuity.
- The specimen shall not be eligible for award, under normal conditions, and write down observations "careful twist in the limit of continuity", and in paragraph Precipitation penalize according to the seriousness of the defect.
- If in doubt do not disqualify, specimen may not exceed 88 total points once subtracted the corresponding penalty, in these cases may reach 3 points.
2nd Turns of water brluurg blruurg type.
-If the sound of water predominates and the rotation consists of 2 or more sounds made with discontinuous rate, will not be penalized.
- If the turn is made up of two or more sounds with rhythm or a single semi-long sound moderately elongated, apply the standard set for semicontinuous turns in the limit of continuity.
3rd Brief sounds of apparent continuous rhythm embedded in discontinuous turns:
- Ornaments compounds where the acoustic effect occurs where apparently perceived a brief background of continuous rhythm sound. As a general rule does not penalize.
- Sounds embedded like syllable in polysyllabic slow ornaments. As a general rule does not penalize.
4th Sounds short duration and not apparent rate constant incorporated into rhythm sounds discontinuous or semicontinuous.
- If the sound of continuous rate is very evident: disqualification.
- If in doubt proceed as in the case of turns at the edge of semicontinuous continuity.
5th Call:
Until they change the code calls not scored, for that reason calls consisting of a single continuous sound, female type (Pirri, etc.) Shall not constitute grounds for disqualification. Nor will cause penalty the loose calls when they are nasal or scratched.
If a call continues binds only once with the song throughout the entire duration of the trial will apply the standard in the semicontinuous rhythm to continuity limit. Doing so more than once disqualify the specimen.
If nasal calls, scraped or strident that bind only once with the song throughout the entire duration of the trial will mark the appropriate warning. Doing more than once apply the corresponding negative score in response to the severity of the defect.
